Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- 6+ years of progressive health care leadership experience in a hospital setting.
- Proven success leading operational, financial, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of health care trends, compliance, and managed care environments.
