Summary

You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the WARFIGHTER DEFENSE & SYSTEMS INTEGRATION DEPARTMENT, EOD INFORMATION MANAGEMENT DIVISION of NAVSURFWARCEN IH DIV.

This is not a high-grade position; therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-13, Step 10 (currently $158,322).

Duties

Help

  • You will assist the division program manager in the development and negotiation of cost proposals and tasking.
  • You will provide program/project oversight support to technical managers.
  • You will keep management apprised of project financial status and significant changes or issues.
  • You will conduct workload forecasting, technical capabilities, planning and long-term master planning.
  • You will establish short and long-term budget projections.
  • You will track metrics and make revisions as required.
  • You will participate in budget formulation and analysis, responsible for all Division funding execution, and tracking/reporting.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 pay band (GS-11/12 grade level equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing business operations to optimize resource allocation and resolve budgetary challenges and independently generating planning proposals using Government systems (e.g., ERP, NEPS, PPID).
