DescriptionMarkon is building a talent pool of Administrative Support professionals to support future government and Intelligence Community missions. This pipeline opportunity is intended to identify qualified candidates to provide administrative, organizational, and operational support to program teams and customer stakeholders. Selected candidates will be considered for future openings requiring scheduling, documentation, records management, travel coordination, meeting support, and other day-to-day administrative functions.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and organizational support to program teams, leadership, and customer stakeholders.
- Coordinate calendars, appointments, meetings, and other scheduling requirements.
- Prepare, format, review, and maintain correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Maintain electronic and physical files, records, databases, and tracking systems.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and associated documentation in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
- Support meetings by coordinating logistics, preparing materials, documenting meeting notes and action items, and tracking follow-up activities.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate program and administrative information.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support day-to-day program operations.
- Support multiple administrative priorities in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.
Qualifications
Required:
- Active Secret clearance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of administrative support experience
- Experience supporting scheduling, correspondence, documentation, filing, and records management activities
- Experience coordinating meetings, travel, and other administrative requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders
Desired:
- Associate’s degree
- Experience supporting government or Intelligence Community programs
- Experience working in a professional services or program office environment
- Experience maintaining electronic records, databases, or administrative tracking systems
Salary RangeUSD $70,000.00 - USD $110,000.00 /Yr.The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
