ResponsibilitiesStrategic Administrative Specialist supporting Sales Leadership through executive coordination, operational excellence, and proactive business support in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling priorities, and meeting logistics for Sales Leadership.
- Coordinate and facilitate team meetings, including agendas, materials, action items, and follow-up activities.
- Serve as a key liaison between sales executives, clients, and cross-functional internal teams.
- Support the preparation of presentations, reports, dashboards, and other business communications.
- Assist with onboarding activities to ensure a seamless experience for new employees.
- Anticipate and resolve scheduling, operational, and logistical challenges before they impact productivity.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and responsiveness in a dynamic sales environment.
- Partner across functions to improve coordination, communication, and execution of business priorities.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen, organizational skills, and attention to detail while managing multiple priorities.
- Contribute to a high-performing sales culture through proactive support and continuous process improvement.
Qualifications- Minimum of 5 years of relevant administrative, sales support, or business operations experience.
- Experience supporting sales teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Higher education, specialized training/certification, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and complex schedules with strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and proactively solve problems.
- Extensive knowledge and skills required to perform specialized administrative and operational support tasks.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information with professionalism.
- Strong business acumen and a customer-service mindset with a focus on supporting sales team success.
The level of role and salary will be based on applicable experience, education and skills; Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.
Maryland Pay Range Min: $66,790 Max: $111,320
District of Columbia Pay Range Min: $72,140 Max: $120,230
