Full Job Description
Position Summary:
The Administrative Operational Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Operations Coordinators across the RESA Power Systems locations in the US. This role will support the standardization of back-office processes, such as order entry, invoice fulfillment, purchasing, and will complete other tasks to support the Operations teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement standardized processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency, including order entry, timely invoicing, managing production meetings, and supporting scheduling.
• Review order entry and invoicing systems to ensure data accuracy; work with their team members to train them.
• Partner with the GMs and Systems SVP, Operations to ensure team priorities and processes align with strategic goals.
• Provide back-up support for tactical functions for the team during surge times or vacations.
• Monitor and report on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Maintain documentation of workflows, SOPs, and operational metrics.
• Collaborate with team to resolve operational bottlenecks and ensure timely execution of tasks.
• Responsible for ensuring projects/assigned functions are completed timely and meet budget, productivity and quality goal(s).
• Support change management initiatives and drive adoption of new tools or processes.
• Oversees the Operations Coordinators in performing additional operational tasks, such as facilitating equipment moves to job sites, scheduling, vendor management, meeting management, inventory, document revisions, etc.
• Cultivate and maintain customer relationships with internal customers, external customers, and vendors. Conduct client (internal or external) communication in a highly customer service-oriented manner.
• Observe all safety rules and best practices; ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Other duties, as assigned.

Required Experience and Qualifications:
• Associate's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, office management, project coordination, or process improvement.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in tools and systems platforms, GP/ Microsoft Dynamics a plus.
• Able to work independently, work on multiple projects simultaneously, and independently problem solve.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to communicate with a wide variety of individuals at different levels within and outside of the organization.

• Days to Invoice vs. Targets by Site (• Accuracy of contract review audits or error rate of contract review audits
• Aged A/R due to inaccurate data/ customer information/ terms not matching PO
• Number of process improvements implemented
• Compliance rate of opportunity entry within the commercial process



Additional Information:

Job: Full-Time

Location: Wixom, MI

Travel: Up to 20% travel.

Compensation: $78,000 to $90,000 per year (depending on skillset and experience).

Relocation: Relocation assistance not available for this role.
