We are looking for an Administrative Officer to:
• lead High Net Worth (HNW) Client Associates
• team leadership and development: supervise, train, and mentor a team of client associates, driving performance through regular feedback, coaching, and career development.
• manage the high-touch service, and workflow for teams supporting clients with complex and significant assets
• complex client service oversight - act as a high-level escalation point for complex account issues
• bridge gap between the private wealth advisors and the associates, ensure specialized concierge services are handled with precision, discretion, speed
• manage branch administration, including branch facilities, human resources matters, P&L and provide administrative support
• recruit, select, onboard, train and manage administrative support staff
• conduct performance reviews and make personnel decisions related to compensation and promotion
• educate all employees on administrative policies and procedures
• escalate supervisory issues when necessary and follow-up locally on issues identified by the management team
Your team
You will be working as part of Wealth Management Americas. We help Ultra Hight Net Worth and Hight Net Worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them. You will be a member of the market leadership team, reporting directly to the Market Administrative Office and working closely with the Market Director. You will manage a group of client associates across your branches, acting as a coach on all aspects of the role. This position is based in Northbrook, IL.
Your expertise
• proven experience for 3 to 5 years of managing UHNW client relationships within private wealth management and family offices
• leadership & communication exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build, inspire, and manage team dynamics
• relevant management experience in branch operations, within a leading financial institution
• FINRA 7, 66 and 9/10 familiarity with FINRA regulations, SEC rules and compliance standards
• judgement and decision-making
• exceptional communication and ability to navigate complex matters
• known for your ability to work well in a team environment and ability to network across the entire organization
• motivated, self-directed, and driven
• skilled at creating a positive business culture (you have the human touch)
• managing, leading and developing people
• leverages resources and delegates effectively
