This is a Full-Time position in a dynamic and customer-focused environment. The successful candidate will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes and providing outstanding support to our certified technicians and valued clients. We are looking for an individual who is proactive, reliable, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. The offered compensation for this role is $32 - $49 USD per hour.

Responsibilities

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for the day-to-day administrative tasks that keep our business running effectively. Your primary duties will include:
• Acting as the first point of contact for clients, handling incoming calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy.
• Scheduling service appointments and managing the calendars for our team of HVAC technicians.
• Assisting with the preparation of quotes, invoices, and processing customer payments.
