Responsibilities

  • Book and fund various financial transactions including retail and lease agreements
  • Prepare documentation for loan, lease, and contract revisions
  • Perform reviews and validate contracts for dealers and customers
  • Prepare and activate system modifications and restructures
  • Assist managers with title releases, reassignments, and follow-ups
  • Compile and submit management reports accurately and timely
  • Develop and foster teamwork and collaboration across departments

Full Job Description
Requisition Summary

The Administration Support Lead assists the Sr. Administration Manager and Customer Service Support Manager in overseeing daily processing in accordance with PFC policies, procedures and guidelines. Contributes to the profitability and efficient operation of the Administration Originations and Customer Service Support Departments. This is a hybrid position that will split their time between the two Administration Departments and will report to the Sr. Administration Manager.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Book and Fund Retail, TRAC, ModTRAC, FMV, Pledgeline, and Leaseline transactions
  • Prepares Direct Loan, lease and contract revisions documentation, as needed
  • Performs 2nd reviews and validates funded contracts to dealers and end user customers
  • Prepares and activates modifications/restructures in system
  • Assigns deals based on workload requirements when necessary
  • Assists the Sr. Administration Manager and Customer Service Support Manager with releasing and reassigning titles due to payoffs, trades, Transfers of Equity, repossession and Used Equipment Sales Department (UESD) sold units
  • Performs title follow-up activities and corrects title-related discrepancies
  • Prepares and submits routine and ad hoc management reports and documentation in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assists with the retention and maintenance of files and dealer/customer records
  • Plan, organize, and oversee projects or initiatives
  • Conducts UAT Testing for Customer Service Support and Administration Originations
  • Develops, trains, and promotes effective teamwork and cross-functional collaboration between the Customer Service Support, Administration Origination, and other departments.
  • Leads, motivates, and develops skills of the Administration Originations and Customer Service Support Departments
  • Act as a liaison between team members and management.
  • Ensure work meets established standards, quality requirements and compliance expectations


Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years of equivalent industry related, or other administrative support & finance experience required. Preferably in a transportation services environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with customer service orientation and ability to interact with all levels of management.
  • Excellent problem-solving, planning, organizing skills
  • Proven project management and decision-making skills with ability to foster continued process improvements
  • Strong PC skills and working knowledge of systems
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple priorities


Education

Bachelor's degree is highly preferred (business or relevant field).

Additional Job Board Information

We carefully consider numerous compensation factors, including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for "Administration Support Lead" is $70,500 - $105,800 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for a full range of benefit options listed above.
