Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience designing and releasing automotive ECUs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in teams.
• Quick adaptability to fast-paced environments with minimal direction.
• Proficient in issues related to DFMEA, PFMEA, DVPR, and validation processes.
• Detail-oriented and results-driven with excellent program management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Advanced Driver Assist (ADAS) components.
• Manage programs and supplier relationships effectively.
• Track and resolve issues proactively throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure timely delivery to vehicle program milestones and manage cradle-to-grave release activities.
• Identify risks and maintain detailed risk management plans for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with ADAS Functional Integration engineers for system execution and validation.
• Develop and conduct hardware/software validation plans and design reviews.
