Full Job Description
Acute Care Position Highlights:Community Care of the Grand Valley is a well established practice with clinic locations in both Grand Junction and Palisade, while also supporting the Colorado Mesa University Student Health Center. We are actively looking for an additional Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join this expanding essential service line for the organization.

This Position Includes:

  • The Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner would be joining a well experienced and busy group of Physician and Advanced Practice Acute Care Providers that cover multiple Acute Care Clinics locations throughout the Grand Valley.
  • Complement of 4, 8, 10, and 12 hour shifts.
  • Previous Acute Care Experience Highly Preferred given the sometimes autonomous nature of the specialty.

Benefits & Compensation:

This positions hiring range is $65 to $69 per hour depending on education and experience.

Discretionary bonuses, relocation expenses, merit increases, market adjustments, recognition bonuses and other forms of discretionary compensation may be paid to eligible employees based upon organizational and individual performance.
