Play a key role in getting acquisition campaigns to market with speed and precision. You will keep workstreams moving, stakeholders aligned, and documentation audit-ready from planning through post-launch validation.

Job Summary:
As a Senior Associate Acquisition Marketing in the Card Acquisition and Growth team, you will support acquisition marketing execution by coordinating creative development, approvals, launch readiness, and post-launch validation. You will help the team operate with strong discipline by maintaining trackers, documentation, and recurring operating routines that support accurate reporting and reconciliation. Your work will help ensure campaigns are delivered on time, well documented, and aligned to governance and control expectations.

Job responsibilities:
• Support acquisition marketing and campaign execution across planning, creative development, approvals, launch coordination, and post-launch validation
• Manage creative capacity planning by prioritizing requests, tracking timelines, and coordinating dependencies across internal and partner teams
• Support campaign build activities, including requirements tracking, testing coordination, validation checklists, and launch readiness documentation
• Coordinate the creation, review, recertification, and maintenance of marketing claims, footnotes, disclosures, job aids, and related materials
• Capture, archive, and organize required approvals to support adherence to marketing governance processes
• Provide monthly reconciliation support by verifying campaign activity, spend inputs, approvals, deliverables, and supporting documentation
• Maintain centralized trackers, roadmap updates, meeting notes, action logs, decision records, and reporting calendars
• Support reporting coordination by gathering inputs, organizing performance materials, and preparing draft readouts for review
• Assist with testing and post-launch validation by documenting issues, tracking remediation items, and escalating risks or gaps
• Partner with marketing, product, analytics, legal, compliance, risk, operations, technology, finance, and external partners to drive timely execution
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen coordination, visibility, and follow-through

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
• Four or more years of experience in marketing execution, campaign management, project coordination, operations, controls, or related fields
• Strong organizational and project management skills, including managing timelines, approvals, dependencies, and documentation
• Experience supporting marketing campaigns, creative approvals, testing, launch validation, or digital execution workflows
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working in controlled environments with formal approval and documentation requirements
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow up effectively, and keep stakeholders aligned on deliverables and decisions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including summarizing actions, risks, decisions, and next steps
• Comfort working with trackers, reporting materials, dashboards, and performance summaries
• Experience supporting reconciliation processes, including verifying inputs and maintaining supporting evidence
• Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams and maintain a consistent operating rhythm
• Strong judgment in escalating risks, gaps, or timeline issues early and clearly
• High reliability and ownership mindset for keeping execution work moving end to end

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
• Experience with legal, compliance, risk, or marketing governance processes
• Familiarity with credit card products, acquisition marketing, or financial services marketing
• Experience working with external partners on creative development and launch coordination
• Experience supporting test-and-learn programs, including test documentation and post-test readouts
• Experience organizing documentation for audits, reviews, or recertification cycles
• Strong working knowledge of campaign workflows across multiple channels
• Ability to improve processes through templates, checklists, and simplified operating routines
