Acquisition Logistics Specialist II
Location: Chantilly, VA

REDLattice is seeking an experienced Acquisition Logistics Specialist II to support a Federal Law Enforcement customer in the management of acquisition, logistics, property accountability, and resource planning activities supporting mission-critical programs.

Responsibilities
  • Support acquisition and logistics activities for a Federal Law Enforcement customer.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize the effective use of annual funding and available resources.
  • Track obligations, expenditures, invoices, and payments to ensure timely processing and fiscal accountability.
  • Coordinate procurement and purchasing activities in support of operational requirements.
  • Serve as Unit Property Custodian and maintain accountability of government property and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate property records and documentation.
  • Conduct recurring inventories and reconcile discrepancies as required.
  • Assist with asset lifecycle management including receiving, issuing, tracking, transferring, and disposition of equipment.
  • Prepare reports and status updates related to funding, procurement, and inventory management.
  • Coordinate with contracting, finance, logistics, and program personnel to support mission requirements.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Acquisition Management, or a related field with five (5) years of relevant experience; or
  • Master's Degree in a related field with three (3) years of relevant experience; or
  • PhD in a related field with one (1) year of relevant experience.
  • Five (5) years of experience supporting acquisition, procurement, logistics, property accountability, inventory management, or resource management activities within a government, defense, intelligence, or Federal Law Enforcement environment.
  • Experience tracking budgets, expenditures, payments, and procurement activities.
  • Experience maintaining property accountability and conducting inventories.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance with the ability and willingness to obtain and maintain a polygraph.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience supporting a Federal Law Enforcement customer.
  • Experience serving as a Property Custodian or managing accountable government property.
  • Familiarity with FAR and government procurement processes.
  • Experience supporting classified or mission-focused environments.
  • Experience with government asset management, inventory control, and logistics tracking systems.
