Full Job Description
Come join our team! Mobius is seeking a Acquisition Intelligence Analyst. In this role, you will provide managerial and analytical support directly to DSS-IR. The contractor shall also provide direct Task Management Tool (TMT) support. The contractor shall provide acquisition intelligence documentation; the Analyst 101 orientation; and program element outreach plans. The contractor shall respond to RFIs and tasking for intelligence support for portfolios across all geographies. Duties of an Acquisition Intelligence Analyst may include: • Apply multi-disciplinary technical intelligence expertise to provide direct managerial and logistical support to DSS-IR leadership. Merge data from across the Intelligence Requirements functional area by liaising with DSS-IR stakeholders, oversee DSS-IR's schedules, helping to analyze DSS-IR's responses to actions in the MDA electronic tasking system (TMT), support DSS-IR at key information exchanges, and facilitate communication and interaction across DSS-IR and other DSS sub-elements for multi-mission area products and services. • Develop and prepare written reports, papers, memo(s), staff action documentation, and correspondence for the Director for Intelligence Requirements in HSV. Research, develop and staff information papers, briefings, and memorandums with MDA senior leadership including, but not limited to, the MDA Director, the General Counsel, and the Director for Intelligence and Security. Support staff actions and coordination with other federal agencies and entities including, but not limited to, IC agencies and Congress. Provide a WAR detailing all efforts performed in support of the Director for Technical Intelligence. • Plan, organize, coordinate, facilitate, participate in and report on portfolio-focused meetings, working groups, and technical interchange meetings (TIMs), and develop and provide after action reports as required. Support the DSS-IR at the portfolio senior staff meetings, TIMs, and working groups. • Provide relevant intelligence information and/or data to assist the Government in developing responses to Congressional testimony and Congressional inquiry. Qualifications • 6-10 years' experience in intelligence analysis • Can execute analytical tasks, utilizing both analytical techniques, and processes • Able to develop and/or utilize analytic tools, techniques, and processes for technical and/or administrative support activities • Can work independently and/or leads teams to analyze and resolve problems • Is able to apply oral and written communication skills • Must be able to provide daily supervision and direction to support teams • Recommended experience with communication and coordination with Senior level staff • Should have all-source intelligence experience, which could include experience with Intelligence Community agencies or with the Defense Intelligence Enterprise, including service intelligence components.
