Job ObjectiveThe Office of Administrative Operations (OAO) of the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health (NCCIH) requires a contractor to provide Business Analysis and Policy Development Support to NCCIH executive leadership and staff. The Acting Executive Officer will work closely with the Contracting
Officer's Representative (COR) to manage all contract services to ensure successful delivery of high-quality work products and support to meet stakeholder business needs, managing risks proactively and effectively.
Responsibilities - Develop and maintain budget estimates, forecasts, and expenditure analyses for supported activities.
- Develop and implement a wide range of advanced qualitative and quantitative methods to assess and improve effectiveness for complex processes and projects.
- Perform tracking, monitoring, and coordination activities.
- Plan and conduct analysis, as needed.
- Track current and projected staffing costs, funding allocations, and estimates to complete.
- Prepare financial data for monthly, annual, and final contract reports.
- Analyze resource requirements and identify potential cost, schedule, or funding impacts.
- Support acquisition planning and administrative documentation under Government direction.
- Reconcile financial information and investigate discrepancies before reporting.
- Coordinate with designated acquisition or financial personnel.
- Provide analyses and recommendations without performing inherently governmental functions.
