The Position: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Acquisition Analyst.

The Description: - Provide subject matter expertise regarding relevant Federal and DoD contract management and administration guidance, including FAR, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and other governing policies, processes, and procedures.
- Be the single point of contact for all ACC and OGA contract activities for assigned programs.
- Work with a cross-functional team to include Logistics, Engineering, Budget and Cost to develop requirements and acquisition approach.
- Develop and route Support Agreements & Maintain Support Agreement Tracker.
- Recommend, Plan and establish Acquisition Strategies for the execution of program requirements, to include providing analysis during pre-solicitation through contract execution.
- Provide SME support for impact analysis of programmatic and contractual outcomes for forecasted and/or anticipated scope.
- Manage inputs and document development of the Contract Requirement Package (CRP) process for both ACC and OGA's.
- Utilize Government systems such as Paperless Contract Files (PCF) to create and maintain CRP submissions in the form of PCF cabinets.
- Manage and file final CRPs on SharePoint.
- Manage configuration control for All Acquisition Documentation to include: PWS, SOW, J&A, D&F, RFP, O&A, ATP.
- Maintain a Requirement Tracker Spreadsheet to assist AMSA Acquisition and Contracts Branch for weekly and biweekly meeting to track all contracting action milestone are being met per PEO AVN, AMSA ACMC standard.
- Monitor the status of multiple requests for contract modifications through the Acquisition Center & Other Government Agencies by compiling CRP and entering into PCF.
- Participate in the development and updating of Product Team's Spend Plans, Tech Estimates and IGE's.
- Serves as Acquisition Analyst Workflow in PMRT CCaR.
- Provide Input into:
- 1-N List- Products used by AMSA
- Requirement Tracker - Used by O-5 Staff to track current year activities
- Chart development to include - G8/ PMR / Contract Reviews
- Performs other related duties, as assigned.
Education & Experience:- Active DoD Secret Clearance, required.
- Bachelor's degree and atleast twelve (12) years of relevant experience.
- Allowable Substitutions:
- PhD and eight (8) years of relevant experience
- Master's degree and ten (10) years of relevant experience
- Associate's degree and fourteen (14) years of relevant experience
- High School Diploma/GED and fifteen (15) years of relevant experience.
- Previous experience in business field, required.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Experience with various contracts (CPFF, FFP, CPIF) in both sole source and competitive environments IAW FAR Part 15, to track contract cost by CLINs and Option years in modifications to contracts.
- Experience with processing orders against Basic Ordering Agreements (BOA) and Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), and long-term contracts.
- Experience working Government systems such as Paperless Contract Files (PCF), and Wide Area Workflow, Electronic Document Access (EDA) and Milestones.
- Experience with Comprehensive Cost and Requirements (CCaR)/Project Management Resource Tools (PMRT), desired.
Travel:- On some occasions, the employee may be required to drive to offices or buildings near the work site. In rare occasions, travel may be required.
