  • Conduct Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threat (SWOT) analysis.
  • Provide inputs for status briefings to leadership, outlining assigned programs, projects, problems, and recommended resolution.
  • Analyze trends in performance indicators to assist Government counterparts with managing Agency-level performance indicators, recommending corrective action, establishing lessons learned, and influencing the improvement of processes.
  • Work with organizational managers, budget personnel, and engineering authorities to develop and gain approval for proposed projects.
  • Evaluate and recommend programs and development plans, utilizing a professional knowledge of multi-discipline engineering.
