The Regional Manager of Sales (RMS) works to ensure financial growth and profitability in areas of new business, current client growth, equipment add-ons, and product sales, and supports marketing communications and client relations.
Your Impact
The RMS reports to the Division Business Leader and works with ACP’s field leadership in the assigned market of D1M3 (IL,IA,MI,MN,WI,ND) and executive leadership, and:
- Is accountable for developing new business opportunities and building same store sales to achieve monthly quotas.
- Promotes and sells company products and programs through direct customer contacts within an assigned geographic territory.
- Schedules sales calls and submits reports of sales activities and progress versus regional and corporate objectives.
- Identifies prospective customers, builds necessary relationships, and presents the information necessary to introduce ACP’s programs.
- Analyzes industry, customer and competitor data to create and implement compelling sales plans.
- Coordinates sales communications and promotional activities within the region.
- Provides guidance and direction to other ACP employees in the areas of sales and marketing.
- Assists in development of sales/marketing tools and materials.
- Assists, as needed, in the retention of current partnerships.
- Works collaboratively with the Market Leader, market team and sales team.
Ideal candidates will be based in IL,IA, WI, MN, MI, or ND and live within a reasonable driving distance of a major commercial airport.
Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelors Degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
- Experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a health care setting
- A valid driver’s license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.
Additional Success Factors
- Knowledge of physical therapy equipment manufacturers and in the development of sales/marketing tools and materials.
- Experience in Long Term Care or Geriatric Rehab.
- Excellent sales management and customer service skills.

- Computer, Microsoft Office (including power point presentations and certain financial analysis) and Internet literacy.
