The ACGME Fellowship Program Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative leadership and operational support for one or more ACGME-accredited fellowship training programs while ensuring compliance with Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) requirements, institutional policies, and regulatory standards. Serving as the primary administrative resource for program leadership, fellows, faculty, and institutional stakeholders, the coordinator oversees recruitment, onboarding, evaluations, educational activities, accreditation reporting, and day-to-day program operations.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with exceptional communication and project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic academic medical environment while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Hourly Salary Range: $35.50 - $53.80

Required: - Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience/training
- High degree of initiative and independent judgment
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills; demonstrated attention to detail. Ability to complete work and meet established deadlines in an accurate and timely manner, and to prioritize short and competing deadlines
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to interact collegially with faculty, staff, learners, and outside contacts to carry out the mission of the educational program(s) or initiative(s)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs and web-based applications.
- Presents and expresses ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to the audience, whether oral or written. Actively listens to what others are saying to achieve understanding. Shares information with others and facilitates the open exchange of ideas and information.
- Manages confidential information discreetly and responsibly

- Demonstrated commitment to knowledge development/professional development
Preferred: - 2+ years of experience coordinating an educational program(s) in an academic medical center, or equivalent professional experience/training
- Comprehensive understanding of UCLA policy and procedures
