THE ROLE

We are seeking an exceptional Accounts Receivable Manager to join our organization at Accredited Labs. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing team and have a direct impact on cash flow optimization, financial accuracy, and customer account management.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep expertise in accounts receivable processes, and the ability to drive efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

This position is based out of Dallas, TX.

As our Accounts Receivable Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing invoicing, collections, and cash application functions. This role is pivotal in ensuring financial stability, minimizing credit risk, and supporting overall organizational performance.
DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee daily operations of the accounts receivable function, including billing, collections, dispute resolution, and cash application
  • Ensure timely invoicing and accurate recording of receivables in accordance with internal policies and accounting standards
  • Monitor aging reports and drive collection strategies to improve cash flow and reduce delinquency
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Assess customer creditworthiness and establish appropriate credit limits
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies in coordination with internal stakeholders
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and audit preparation
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the accounts receivable team
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 5+ years of accounts receivable experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, credit analysis, and collections strategies
  • Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
