Job DutiesThe Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS) is excited to offer a competitive opportunity to serve as the Accounts Payable Supervisor in the Fiscal Division.
Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
This position provides oversight and supervision of the accounts payable function.
Reviews, approves and releases disbursement vouchers for payment.
Ensures compliance with all applicable policies, regulations and laws related to disbursements.
Administers the agency petty cash account, Bank of America Travel Card Program, Bank of America online reconciliation, and any agency transportation program for employees.
Responsible for ensuring processing of invoices approved through the K2 Invoicing Workflow system and ensuring they K2 process is completed.
Responsible for overseeing all Disbursements Unit Reconciliations to include Petty Cash, K2 Invoicing Workflow System, Oracle, FAS (Fiscal Agent Services) payment processing systems, Travel Cards and Reimbursement Vouchers to employees.
The business needs for this position have in office requirements to include but are not limited to internal and external meetings, training, and occasional conferences.

Considerable experience of technical/system aspects of the position.
Considerable experience of procedures/processes of the position.
Knowledge/Experience of program development/planning/implementation.
Knowledge/Experience of systems/programs/computer software.
Knowledge/Experience interpretation and application of federal, state laws/regulations.
Considerable experience in meeting critical deadlines and handling multiple assignments.
Considerable experience working independently to ensure timeliness and quality of completed assignments.
Experience with written communication internal/external stakeholders.

Experience with Fiscal Agent Services {FAS}, Cardinal Financials, Cardinal HCM, Oracle Financials, or similar systems.
