Position: Accounting Project Manager

Role Overview

As the Accounting Project Manager, you will serve as a vital bridge between financial precision and operational excellence. You will lead a team of talented accounting professionals, ensuring timely financial reporting, robust compliance, and smooth monthly close processes. By treating cross-functional partners as your "guests," you will drive process enhancements, support new hospitality initiatives, and uphold the highest standards of financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead with Hospitality: Serve as a supportive, hands-on mentor to a team of accounting professionals, cultivating a culture of growth, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations, food & beverage, guest services, and corporate leadership to streamline processes, enhance transparency, and foster open communication.
  • Month-End Close & Financial Reporting: Direct the month-end close cycle to deliver accurate, timely financial results, guiding your team to successfully execute period-end responsibilities.
  • Compliance & Technical Guidance: Monitor GAAP developments to ensure accounting policies remain fully compliant and reflect new business transactions or revenue streams.
  • Process Improvement & Innovation: Identify and execute strategic initiatives that modernize procedures, eliminate operational friction, and enhance efficiency across your areas of ownership.

Qualifications
