Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting
• Minimum of 12 years accounting experience
• 7-9 years experience with fixed assets
• Proficient in MS Excel and formulas
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a direct report, providing guidance and coaching
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including fixed assets and month-end/year-end close
• Manage inventory processes, including revaluations and supporting counts
• Review analyses, reports, journal entries, and reconciliations prepared by the team
• Explain financial statement fluctuations to senior leadership
• Demonstrate attention to detail and effective multi-tasking
• Support internal and external auditors during year-end audits
