ACCOUNTING MANAGER

About the Role:

The Accounting Manager will oversee and manage the full spectrum of accounting functions within a civil engineering firm, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with industry standards. This role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity of financial data through meticulous bank reconciliations, job costing, and general ledger management. The Accounting Manager will lead the accounting team to execute full cycle accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll, while ensuring adherence to established accounting principles. They will collaborate closely with project managers and executives to provide insightful financial analysis that supports strategic decision-making and project profitability. Ultimately, this position ensures the company's financial health is accurately represented and supports sustainable growth within the construction industry.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
