Accounting Manager - Alpharetta, GAPosition Overview:We are seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager to lead core accounting functions, ensure financial accuracy, and support a growing organization through process improvements and system utilization.

Key Responsibilities:- Oversee general accounting operations including month-end close and financial reporting
- Utilize Sage Intacct to manage and streamline accounting processes
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and support decision-making
- Mentor and collaborate with team members to foster a strong team environment
- Leverage advanced Excel skills for analysis, reporting, and process improvements
Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Proven experience in a hands-on accounting leadership role
• Experience with Sage Intacct strongly preferred
• Advanced Excel skills and strong technical aptitude
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture
• Strong problem-solving skills and a resourceful mindset
