  • Contribute innovative ideas on technology and automation in finance operations
  • Collaborate closely with the CFO on strategic business initiatives

Full Job Description
What you'll be doing:
  • Owning month-end and year-end close, reporting, and tax filings, so the numbers are always right and always on time
  • Leading a team of five in AP/AR, and helping them grow their own careers
  • Getting hands-on with new store and acquisition integrations. When we bring on a new location, you're a key part of it
  • Bringing new ideas to the table on technology and automation. If you've got opinions on how finance teams should work better, we want to hear them
  • Partnering directly with the CFO on the stuff that shapes the business, not just reporting on it after the fact

What you bring:
  • Accounting Diploma, Degree, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • CPA designation
  • 2+ years leading a finance team
  • Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume environment
  • Comfort with ERP systems and a genuine interest in Tech & AI that makes finance team work faster, smarter, and cleaner
  • Experience being part of a company acquisition or multi-location rollout before
  • Ability to work in-office full-time
  • You're organized, you communicate well, and you don't rattle easily when priorities shift
