What you'll be doing:- Owning month-end and year-end close, reporting, and tax filings, so the numbers are always right and always on time
- Leading a team of five in AP/AR, and helping them grow their own careers
- Getting hands-on with new store and acquisition integrations. When we bring on a new location, you're a key part of it
- Bringing new ideas to the table on technology and automation. If you've got opinions on how finance teams should work better, we want to hear them
- Partnering directly with the CFO on the stuff that shapes the business, not just reporting on it after the fact
What you bring:- Accounting Diploma, Degree, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- CPA designation
- 2+ years leading a finance team
- Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume environment
- Comfort with ERP systems and a genuine interest in Tech & AI that makes finance team work faster, smarter, and cleaner
- Experience being part of a company acquisition or multi-location rollout before
- Ability to work in-office full-time
- You're organized, you communicate well, and you don't rattle easily when priorities shift
