  • Coordinate and perform quality reviews of annual CAM reconciliations and tenant billings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with lease requirements
  • Partner with JLL property management teams to coordinate services for properties requiring PM support, ensuring seamless communication between operations and accounting functions
  • Manage cash flow activities including preparing monthly distribution proposals, coordinating with banking partners, and ensuring proper fund movement and documentation
  • Collaborate with the accounting team supporting the client's other large fund to standardize processes, share best practices, and maintain consistency across the relationship
Required Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to interpret complex lease documents and translate requirements into operational accounting procedures
  • Experience managing monthly close cycles and producing consolidated financial reporting packages
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or progress toward certification
  • Direct experience with non-traded REIT accounting and reporting requirements
  • Familiarity with triple net lease structures and CAM recovery processes
  • Experience implementing process improvements and standardizing accounting procedures across multiple properties or portfolios
