Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
• Master's Degree and CPA preferred.
• 6-8 years of experience in accounting is required.
• Highly skilled in dealing with financial and numeric data.
• Proficient in Excel Spreadsheets and accounting software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and administer procedures for accurate recording of accounting transactions.
• Consolidate and analyze financial data; prepare financial statements and audits of forecasts.
• Prepare workpapers and review materials from others, including general ledger and consolidated statements.
• Participate in implementing monthly financial close.
• Contribute to monthly management financial reporting package and executive summary schedules.
• Perform complex accounting tasks in accordance with principles and standards.
• Prepare and execute financial reports and internal control activities for management decision-making.
• Reconcile complex accounts and check accuracy of journal entries.
• Analyze financial results and accounting records to provide managerial feedback.
• Provide technical accounting advice to operational area managers for budget and financial report development.
• Coordinate accounting projects with other finance team members or departments.
