Serve as a strategic cross-functional partner to operations, sales, and executive leadership, driving budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
Elevate financial visibility through rigorous variance analysis, actionable reporting insights, and data-driven recommendations that influence decision-making.

The Background That Fits:
5+ years of progressive accounting experience with prior leadership or team management responsibility.
Strong background in month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Experience working within multi-entity, manufacturing, distribution, or operationally complex business environments preferred.
Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, or similar cloud-based platforms.
Proven ability to partner cross-functionally, communicate effectively with leadership, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
