About the Role

Turn 14 Distribution is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Finance to join our leadership team in Horsham, PA. Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, this role will oversee all operational accounting functions, including general ledger activities, financial reporting, audits, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, tax compliance, and financial planning.

This position is ideal for a highly motivated finance leader who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and enjoys partnering cross-functionally to drive business performance. The Director of Finance will play a critical role in safeguarding company assets, enhancing financial processes, supporting acquisition activity, and developing a high-performing accounting organization.

What You'll Do

πŸ“Š Financial Leadership & Reporting
  • Lead all accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll, tax, revenue recognition, general ledger, and audits.
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, ASC 606, and applicable financial reporting requirements.
  • Manage the preparation and issuance of GAAP-compliant financial statements.
  • Lead financial consolidations, eliminations, reconciliations, and analyses.
  • Establish and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.

  • Partner with leadership to develop annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
  • Manage monthly budget reporting and performance analysis.

  • Manage CAPEX planning, reporting, acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation schedules.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications
β€’ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
β€’ 10-12+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
β€’ Strong working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
β€’ Experience managing accounting operations across multiple legal entities
β€’ Experience leading month-end and year-end close processes
β€’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
β€’ Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and accounting systems
β€’ Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
β€’ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

CPA, CMA, or CIA certification strongly preferred
Experience supporting acquisitions, integrations, or multi-entity organizations
Experience developing and leading high-performing accounting teams
