Overview

Responsibilities Support day-to-day accounting operations across multiple entities, including real estate and investment-related activities. This role focuses on transaction processing, accounts payable, and maintaining accurate financial records, with the ability to understand financial statements and support reporting as responsibilities expand over time.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 3–6+ years of accounting experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications.
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly.

 

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in multi-entity environments preferred.
  • Experience with Sage Intacct or similar systems preferred.

The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
