Accountant at DataHouse will play a critical role in overseeing the financial operations. This position involves maintaining and analyzing the general ledger, managing complex accounting activities, and ensuring accuracy in financial documents.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties- Prepare and maintain general ledger entries
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Manage and reconcile general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank accounts
- Ensure compliance with federal and Hawaii tax regulations
- Lead audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors
- Analyze financial performance and provide variance analysis and recommendations
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Improve and maintain internal controls and accounting procedures
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a solid background in financial analysis and reporting.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and other accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities and communication skills.
Level & Compensation- Level: Senior Accountant/Accountant III
- Years of Experience (Guideline): 5+ years
- Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000
This position may be eligible for a discretionary annual accountability bonus based on individual and company performance.
The salary range represents the expected base pay for this role. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
