Full Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Accountant to support monthly closing, business reporting and a large scale ERP implementation. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of basic accounting functions, have strong attention to detail and accuracy, be familiar with SAP, Power BI, Power Automate and other automation tools with an eye for areas of improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to business sites with closing, forecasting, reporting, and analysis as needed
  • Implement and work with business intelligence tools to create, standardise and automate business and financial reporting, as well as develop and maintain modeling tools used for budgeting, financial forecasting and operational decision making.
  • Analyze trend data in key performance indicators including Revenue, cost of sales, gross profit margin, expenses and working capital. Communicate findings and areas for improvement to senior management across the business unit.
  • Work with SAP team and site controllers to identify and implement necessary process changes, data clean up and testing required for SAP implementation in early 2027
  • Other ad hoc projects as needed


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; master's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and accounting, preferably within a public company and manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency with MS Office, notably Excel and Powerpoint, as well as working knowledge of ERP platforms and financial consolidation reporting tools (SAP and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) preferred) and data analytics tools (Power BI)
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization; ability to confidently present; ability to meet strict deadlines and work independently
  • Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles
  • Some international travel may be required
