Full Job Description
Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations with a strong focus on payroll, expense reporting, and payroll tax coordination. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, organizational excellence, and the ability to work independently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

This position would be 100% onsite at our Scottsdale corporate office.

Duties and responsibilities
  • Ensure timely and accurate bi-weekly payroll processing (including commissions, bonuses, and adjustments) using Isolved.
  • Maintain payroll records by collecting, auditing, and entering data accurately.
  • Coordinate payroll tax registration and compliance across various states.
  • Track and reconcile commission payments; audit data and enter into CRM.
  • Process expense reporting, including invoice review, coding, and payment.
  • Support month-end close processes and reconciliations as assigned.
  • Scan, organize, and maintain financial documents in accordance with internal procedures.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive financial and employee information.
  • Provide general administrative and financial support to the Finance team.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related degree program.
  • 5+ years of accounting experience
  • Experience with NetSuite
  • Understanding of multi-state payroll tax registration and compliance
  • Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, ideally with payroll and AP exposure.
  • Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with urgency.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential data.
