Full Job Description

The Role and What You’ll Do:

The Account Supervisor, Experiential will ensure our clients receive superior service while motivating a team of professionals to achieve sustainable results. Our ideal candidate is a demonstrated leader with a strong understanding of how to drive integrated experiential programs across the consumer journey - from large-scale events, mobile tours, grassroots and field marketing, hospitality, sponsorship activations, cultural moments, and immersive brand experiences. Experience within the spirits and/or beer industry is a strong plus.

This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of programs across multiple brands and workstreams, while helping to drive account growth, operational excellence, and profitability. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, is solutions-oriented, and has a proven ability to manage complex productions, evolving client needs, and cross-functional teams simultaneously. This role will also lead and mentor junior talent while fostering strong collaboration across internal disciplines and external partners.

The best candidate for the Account Supervisor - Experiential position will have direct experience developing and executing best-in-class experiential marketing programs, with a deep understanding of how to bring creative ideas to life through flawless production and strategic execution. This role reports into the Sr. Director, Experiential.

Account Management

  • Manage activity with account team
    • Provide strategic leadership for brand clients to the respective verticals and channels
    • Partner closely with Strategy, Creative, and Production teams to ensure all needs are delivered correctly and seamlessly executed
    • Become an expert in our client’s competitive landscape, providing POVs of best-in-class work and industry learnings
    • Ensure briefs are received from clients that clearly define timing, expectations, budgets, production considerations, and outputs
    • Align expectations and monitor team workflow across Account, Creative, and Production workstreams
    • Provide critical day-to-day supervision
    • Identify and suggest Training/Development needs
    • Provide ongoing performance feedback and empower team members
  • Manage the collective experiential process
    • From brief, to strategy, creative development, production, fabrication, logistics, on-site execution, and post-program recapping/reporting
    • Partner closely with internal and external production teams to ensure operational excellence, budget management, and flawless execution across all touchpoints
    • Support development of timelines, staffing plans, vendor coordination, permitting, run-of-show documents, and overall event readiness
  • Manage the creative process
    • In conjunction with the strategy team, brief the creative team either personally or through close oversight of account managers, reviewing deliverables and comp materials
    • Work with team in the development of concepts and supporting tactics
    • Collaborate with production counterparts to ensure creative ideas are feasible, executable, and aligned to budget and timeline realities
  • Responsible for developing scopes of work with clients
  • Lead development of proposal/deck presentations

Client Service

  • Provide support to Leadership on effectively managing high-level clients and complex integrated programs
  • Build relationships throughout client organizations at senior levels, serving as a trusted day-to-day partner
  • Work with Leadership to contribute strategic ideas that effectively support client business plans and long-term growth opportunities
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across Account, Strategy, Creative, Production, Partnerships, Talent/Influencer, and external agency/vendor teams to ensure seamless program delivery
  • Navigate fast-paced environments with shifting priorities, tight timelines, and evolving client needs while maintaining a high standard of execution and communication

Production

  • Strong understanding of producing experiential programs of varying scale and complexity, including live events, mobile tours, sponsorship activations, hospitality, field marketing, and cultural moments
  • Possess strong knowledge of fabrication, scenic builds, staffing, logistics, permitting, run-of-show development, vendor management, and on-site operations
  • Work closely with Production teams and external vendors to deliver best-in-class experiences while driving efficiencies within client budgets and timelines
  • Partner collaboratively with Production from concept through execution to ensure creative ideas are operationally feasible, strategically aligned, and executable within budget and timing realities
  • Support onsite execution and troubleshooting, helping teams navigate real-time challenges while maintaining client confidence and program excellence

Finance Management

  • Work with Director on managing revenue, forecasting projections, staffing plans, and resource allocation to ensure client profitability and operational efficiency
  • Support development of scopes of work, staffing recommendations, budget tracking, and financial reconciliations across multiple concurrent programs
  • Work with Director on overall staffing/resource allocation, balancing freelance and full-time support based on business needs and client demands
  • Manage client billing, financial status reports, and overall program health at a high level
  • Maintain awareness of program profitability while identifying opportunities to drive incremental growth and added value for clients

Strategic Thought Leadership

  • Work with Sr. Director and Leadership to guide upfront planning processes and identify opportunities for experiential innovation and growth
  • Partner with strategic planning, creative, and production teams to develop integrated concepts rooted in cultural relevance, consumer engagement, and measurable business impact
  • Work with Sr. Director to develop success metrics and measurement criteria for programs, ensuring accountability across teams and deliverables
  • Bring forward thought leadership, category trends, and best-in-class experiential examples to inspire both internal teams and clients
  • Identify opportunities to deepen client partnerships through new capabilities, integrated offerings and incremental business opportunities

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising or similar
  • 10+ years of experiential/event marketing within a client or agency environment
  • Experience in the alcoholic beverage industries a plus
  • Excellent management skills, with the proven experience to lead a team and client with confidence and magnetic, intelligent, strategic leadership
  • Willing and able to work nonstandard work hours, weekends and travel as required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
