Are you a strategic, client-focused marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment? We're looking for an Account Supervisor - Experiential to serve as the primary client partner and lead the development and execution of impactful marketing programs.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships at the management level
  • Lead and oversee strategic planning, creative development, and tactical execution of experiential marketing campaigns
  • Drive experiential marketing initiatives that deliver results for clients, retailers, and the agency
  • Manage and mentor Account Executives ensuring high-quality work and professional growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to bring ideas to life-from brainstorm to execution
  • Oversee budgets, timelines, and financial performance, supporting overall account profitability
  • Present creative concepts and strategic recommendations to clients with confidence
