Full Job Description
Account Supervisor, Digital & Social Innovation

Help Build What's Next in Digital, Social & Creator Marketing

At Motive, we believe the best marketing happens where culture, creativity, technology and commerce intersect. We're looking for an Account Supervisor, Digital & Social Innovation who thrives in that space. This is more than a traditional account management role. You'll lead complex digital and social programs for some of the world's biggest brands while helping clients navigate today's evolving landscape-from social-first campaigns and creator partnerships to digital experiences, retail promotions and emerging technologies.

We're looking for someone who is equal parts strategist, operator and leader. Someone who loves bringing order to complexity, has strong opinions backed by curiosity, and gets excited about what's next. If you're constantly saving campaigns, following creators, testing new platforms and thinking about how brands can participate in culture more authentically, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do:

Lead Great Work
  • Lead multiple digital, social and creator programs from kickoff through launch.
  • Own project scopes, timelines, budgets and delivery across multiple workstreams.
  • Keep teams aligned, projects moving and clients informed every step of the way.
  • Anticipate challenges before they happen and confidently navigate change.
  • Deliver work that is strategically sound, exceptionally organized and flawlessly executed.

Build Strong Client Partnerships
  • Serve as the day-to-day strategic partner for client teams.
  • Build trusted relationships through proactive communication and thoughtful recommendations.
  • Guide clients through digital strategy, social marketing, creator partnerships, promotional campaigns and emerging opportunities.
  • Present ideas with confidence and help clients make informed decisions.

Bring Innovative Thinking
  • Stay immersed in social platforms, creator marketing, digital trends and evolving consumer behavior.
  • Bring fresh thinking that helps brands participate authentically in culture.
  • Identify opportunities to elevate campaigns through social-first ideas, creator collaborations and connected digital experiences.
  • Partner with Strategy, Creative, Brand Experience and Integrated teams to deliver work that works harder.

Lead People
  • Mentor Digital Account Managers and Associate Managers.
  • Create clarity, accountability and confidence across project teams.
  • Foster collaboration and help others grow strategically and professionally.
  • Lead by example through ownership, organization and a solutions-first mindset.

What We're Looking For:

We're less interested in checking every box and more interested in finding someone who's naturally curious, collaborative and excited about where marketing is headed.

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Has 6-8+ years of agency or marketing experience leading digital programs.
  • Has experience developing and executing social media and creator/influencer marketing initiatives.
  • Is exceptionally organized and able to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.
  • Thinks strategically while remaining highly execution-oriented.
  • Brings informed opinions and isn't afraid to challenge conventional thinking.
  • Loves learning and stays current on emerging platforms, technologies and consumer behaviors.
  • Is a proactive problem solver who sees opportunities where others see obstacles.
  • Communicates clearly with clients, partners and internal teams.
  • Enjoys mentoring others and helping teams do their best work.
  • Has experience managing budgets, timelines and client relationships.

Bonus Points If You Have Experience With:
  • Retail promotions or shopper marketing
  • Consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands
  • Creator and influencer partnerships
  • Social-first campaign development
  • Digital experiences, microsites or loyalty programs
  • Emerging technologies including AI, AR or new social platforms

Why Motive?

We help brands connect with people through culture. Whether that's creator-led campaigns, retail experiences, digital innovation, social storytelling or emerging technology, we believe great work happens when strategy and creativity move together. You'll join a collaborative team that's constantly exploring what's next, and you'll have the opportunity to help shape it.

If that sounds exciting, we'd love to talk.
