Georgia-Pacific's Corrugated Packaging division seeks a driven and results-oriented Account Service Representative, depending on skillset and experience, to grow its custom corrugated box business in the Northern California. In this high-impact role, you will be focused on identifying and securing new business opportunities while also managing and growing relationships with existing customers. You'll have the autonomy to operate as a business owner within your territory, backed by GP's industry-leading products and resources.

The ideal candidate will be remote but home-based in Northern California (Madera, San Leandro, Modesto, California box facilities)

What You Will Do
  • Own your territory with a hunter's mindset to identify, qualify, and close new opportunities.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the corrugated industry OR 5 or more years of packaging, industrial, or consumer package good sales experience, in a B2B sales position.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that make you a natural at building relationships and trust.
  • A competitive drive and entrepreneurial spirit to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%, with a valid US driver's license.


What Will Put You Ahead
  • Prior experience in corrugated, packaging, printing, or converting industries.
  • A bachelor's degree or technical training that equips you with insights into manufacturing or supply chain trends.
  • A knack for combining technical knowledge with creative problem-solving to deliver customized solutions.


For this role, we anticipate paying $85,000 - $160,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
