TERRITORY: Jacksonville, FL (Ideal candidate must reside in the Jacksonville metroplex).

We are currently looking for an Associate Sales Representative (ASR), Women's Health Sales to join our Women's Health sales team!

We are seeking a truly special individual for this role-someone who understands how to strategically navigate the medical sales space and possesses the rare balance of independent thinking and collaborative execution. The ideal candidate is driven, assertive, competitive, and possesses superior business acumen. In this role, you will act as a high-performing problem solver with a proven track record of success, showcasing the unique ability to partner effectively with a top-performing Clinical Field Specialist (CFS) to manage, retain, and grow our presence in the market.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Achieving and exceeding sales goals for the assigned Jacksonville territory.
• Partnering seamlessly with a top-performing representative to maintain current business while aggressively driving new growth within existing customer accounts.
• Navigating complex clinical environments and sales situations with a strategic, solutions-oriented approach.
• Cultivating, deepening, and retaining strong, long-term relationships with key physicians, laboratory staff, and administrative stakeholders.
• Developing expert knowledge of Natera's Women's Health products and UX services.
• Employing established sales processes (such as Janek) to conduct highly effective, data-driven sales calls.
• Anticipating internal and external customer business needs, prioritizing absolute customer satisfaction and seamless service.
• Planning, scheduling, and organizing daily field work independently to optimize time, territory coverage, and resources.
• Acting as an assertive, self-motivated team player who brings a positive, competitive energy to the district.
• Identifying and executing creative, resourceful solutions to overcome account hurdles and competitive threats.
• Following Natera Company Policies and modeling Natera Core Values.
• Enforces Compliance - Sunshine Act, Stark, Anti-Kickback (Entertainment, Business Meals, Education of Healthcare Providers).
• Ensuring expense reporting is completed timely and accurately while staying within Stark Limits.
• This role works with PHI on a regular basis both in paper and electronic form and have an access to various technologies to access PHI (paper and electronic) in order to perform the job. Employee must complete training relating to HIPAA/PHI privacy, General Policies and Procedure Compliance training and security training as soon as possible but not later than the first 30 days of hire. Must maintain a current status on Natera training requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include Science, Nursing, or a related healthcare discipline.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of successful sales experience (medical, device, or laboratory sales space heavily preferred).
• Demonstrated track record of individual performance, competitive achievements, or rapid career progression.
• Trained on or familiar with a recognized Industry Sale Process Program such as SPIN Selling, Challenger, Janek, IMPAX, Wilson Learning etc.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
• Superior business acumen with the ability to think independently and execute territory strategies.
• High-performing problem solver who is inherently driven, assertive, and motivated by a competitive sales environment.
• Proven ability to build and cultivate trust-based relationships while navigating complex, multi-stakeholder clinical accounts.
• Mastery of retention strategies alongside an organic drive to hunt for expansion opportunities within an existing book of business.
• Intellectual curiosity, high emotional intelligence, and the flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving clinical market.
• Comfortable working independently in the field with a high degree of accountability and an internal drive to be successful.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal) with a demonstrated ability to present complex clinical data clearly.
• Deeply knowledgeable of or capable of quickly mastering the Sunshine Act, Stark, and Anti-Kickback regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, Gmail, Salesforce.com, Concur, and Qliksense.

The total on-target earnings (OTE) package includes a competitive base salary along with uncapped quarterly commissions. Beyond OTE, the compensation also features a car allowance and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).

The compensation package listed is for 1st year OTE, which are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. On-target earnings (OTE) represent the total potential income an employee can earn by achieving 100% of their performance goals. It combines a base salary with commissions and serves as an estimated figure rather than a guaranteed amount, providing a guideline based on average performance outcomes.
