JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develops strategic customer relationships that deliver revenue growth, gross profit expansion, and retention outcomes.
Sets account plans that translate customer needs into prioritized growth initiatives and engagement roadmaps.
Delivers targeted programs and solutions that expand adoption, deepen customer value, and reduce churn risk.
Identifies and advances new business opportunities by shaping proposals and moving deals toward closure.
Provides proactive customer communications and follow-through that sustain alignment, confidence, and continuity of service.
Resolves complex but familiar customer issues by coordinating stakeholders, driving decisions, and confirming closure.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
4+ years of experience in B2B account management, proposal development, renewals, deal negotiation, or a related field required.
Certification in customer success, account management, client relationship management or equivalent preferred.
