Your future duties and responsibilities:

- Maintain close business relationships through continuous communication with every client of your portfolio
- Provide consulting support (application, legal, and technical) to major clients
- Be proactive with respect to current and future requirements of major clients and propose solutions or appropriate changes
- Identify potential clients within the account manager's database in order to present additional modules. (Human resources, time and attendance, self-service etc..)
- Manage and coordinate the presentation cycle, plan all meetings, schedule the product specialist, ensure all follow ups during the presentation cycle.
- Ensure communication between major clients, various internal stakeholders, and business partners
- Document all client interactions and conduct the annual client satisfaction assessment meeting, and ensure to maintain the business unit's results.
- Remain up-to-date on new additions or changes impacting our solutions and represent our major clients internally.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

- College diploma in business administration, accounting or any related area or any combination of studies and related work experience or the equivalent
- Minimum 8 years' experience in the payroll industry
- Minimum 3 years' experience in account management/existing clients
- College Ahuntsic Payroll specific trainings or Canadian Payroll Association (CPA) PCP Certification (Asset)
- Own a car and be able to travel to client sites
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Analytical, systematic, and strategic

- Developed business acumen
- Knowledge of various payroll solutions
- Ability to work with Microsoftae Office tools
- Excellent written and spoken skills in both French and English (Essential).

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $70 000-$115 000. This role is an existing vacancy.

Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global clients.
