Account Manager - Janitorial Services is responsible for overseeing service delivery, client satisfaction, and operational performance across assigned accounts. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients while managing janitorial teams, ensuring high-quality cleaning standards, and driving operational efficiency and contract compliance.
Position Starts: 9/1/2026Compensation: $100,000.00 annual salary (US Dollars)
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program
401(k) - You become eligible to make personal contributions beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment. Responsibilities- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and operations teams to ensure service expectations are met or exceeded
- Manage day-to-day janitorial operations across assigned facilities or accounts
- Supervise, coach, and develop custodial staff and supervisors
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with cleaning standards and contract requirements
- Address client concerns promptly and maintain strong, professional relationships
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and labor management to meet operational needs and budget targets
- Monitor account performance, including KPIs, service levels, and financial metrics (labor, supplies, profitability)
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies
- Manage inventory, equipment, and supply ordering to control costs and maintain efficiency
- Coordinate special projects such as floor care, deep cleaning, and event support
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes
Qualifications- Must have Valid Driver's License
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5+ years of experience in janitorial, facilities, or custodial management
- Prior experience managing client accounts and leading teams
- Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and safety protocols
- Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship management skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or workforce management systems
