Position OverviewAs an Account Manager II within PNC's Treasury Management Public Finance Sales organization, you will be based in Tampa FL or Charlotte NC or Pittsburgh PA or Cleveland OH or Chicago IL or Houston TX or San Diego CA or Denver CO.
Additional Job Responsibilities:
• Support Treasury Management Sales Officers
• This is not a customer service position - it is proactive to develop new business and cross-selling opportunities
• Data Analytics of internal systems
• Pricing development of treasury services
• Work with team on proposal responses to formal RFPs
• Assist as an ancillary Treasury Management Officer with the Implementation of services and presentations to clients
• No Sales Goal or Portfolio
• Client facing role with presentations and reviews:
• Face to face calls with the TMO (virtual or in person) and will be asked to take the initiative to lead specific client calls in the absence of the TMO
• Identifying opportunities and provide guidance on new services, sharing data on how peers are using services
• Great organizational and speaking skills
• Ability to lead meetings internally and externally effectively
• Prior Governmental entity or Higher Education experience within their administration or treasury/business functions -
• Understand nationwide regional regulations and political climate
Job Description- Under supervision, responsible for developing and maintaining assigned long-term client relationships. Provides sales or consultative support to clients and serves as the liaison between clients and operational servicing units. May participate in pricing and resource discussions and in developing the scope of service provided to existing and potential clients.
- Serves as point of contact for client matters. May help identify and develop new servicing opportunities with existing clients to build and maintain a long-lasting relationship. This includes leveraging industry and PNC knowledge to inform customers of appropriate products/services, rates, and other opportunities.
- Involved in negotiating servicing agreements and servicing fees for existing clients if contract modifications are needed. May work with in-house counsel and clients on contract negotiations. This includes the review of the servicing agreements to ensure contract terms meet servicing guidelines.
- Participates in the analysis, assessment and documentation of client requirements. Forecasts and tracks key account metrics. May identify customization needs, and work with service partners to decision/implement.
- Manages processes outlined in the contract and partners to resolve challenges regarding implementation and production issues. Serves as an escalation point for high severity requests or issues. Works towards finding the best solution to maintain a positive client relationship.

Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $63,750.00 - $127,500.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
