We are seeking a Healthcare Strategic Partner Relationship Manager to establish, maintain, and enhance relationships with healthcare trading partners, including providers, payers, and vendors. This role ensures smooth electronic data interchange (EDI) transactions, facilitates onboarding, and resolves technical and operational issues. The ideal candidate has expertise in healthcare EDI transactions (837, 835, 270/271), regulatory compliance (HIPAA, HITECH), and a solid ability to manage partnerships effectively.

Primary Responsibilities: Strategic Partnership Development:
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with healthcare providers, payers, and third-party vendors to facilitate seamless data exchange
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to maximize the value of partnerships and drive mutual success
- Negotiate and structure partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all partner relationships, ensuring ongoing communication, satisfaction, and alignment of interests
- Regularly meet with partners to assess the health of the partnership, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement
- Monitor partnership performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement actions to enhance outcomes
Collaboration and Cross-Functional Alignment:
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives and deliverables
- Collaborate with business leaders to align partner strategies with the organization's overall business goals and objectives
- Support internal teams with partner-specific knowledge, industry insights, and market intelligence to foster effective decision-making
Market Analysis and Trend Monitoring:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in healthcare to provide informed advice to partners
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify new opportunities for partnerships and growth within the healthcare space
Problem Solving and Issue Resolution:
- Proactively identify and resolve issues or challenges that may arise within partner relationships, working quickly to address concerns and maintain solid, trust-based partnerships
- Escalate critical issues when necessary and ensure that they are resolved in a timely manner
Reporting and Performance Tracking:
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on partnership performance, including key metrics, growth opportunities, and outcomes to senior management
- Ensure effective tracking of partnership milestones and deadlines, providing visibility on progress

Required Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in healthcare management, strategic partnerships, or business development, with a proven track record of managing complex healthcare relationships
- Proven solid understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including providers, payers, technology, and regulatory aspects
- Proven excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and work collaboratively across various teams
- Experience in managing large, multi-stakeholder projects and partnerships
- Proven solid problem-solving skills and ability to manage conflict effectively
- Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and drive process improvements
- Ability to travel 10%
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in healthcare, IT, digital health, or value-based care
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations, compliance, and standards such as HIPAA
- Knowledge of CRM software, project management tools, and other partnership management platforms
- Experience with healthcare clearinghouses, TPAs, or claim processing systems
- Knowledge of claim adjudication workflows and payer-provider interactions
- Project management experience in a healthcare IT environment
- Solid interpersonal skills, including verbal and non-verbal communication skills, active listening skills and the ability to work with others towards a common goal
- Understands how businesses operate, how they create strategies and how to manage a business' operation effectively
- Ability to analyze data, company expectations and goals and other factors that contribute to the partnership. This requires solid analytical and critical thinking skills to translate complex data into viable insights
- Understands the market each business operates in, how to market to the target audience and have advanced knowledge of modern marketing tactics
- Solid organizational skills, being able to organize information, strategic insights, documents and time to do their job effectively

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
