Full Job Description
Role Summary

At Stellix, Account Executives help our clients accelerate digital transformation by securely connecting operations, data, and people. This role focuses on selling modern solutions spanning Industrial Automation, IT/OT integration, analytics, and industrial software to help customers modernize operations while reducing risk and unlocking new insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect, engage, and win new customers within a defined territory
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, marketing, and service teams to design and position customer-centric solutions
  • Build trusted relationships with operations, engineering, IT, and business stakeholders
  • Drive opportunities through the full sales lifecycle from discovery through close
  • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility, forecasting, and opportunity management in Salesforce
  • Deliver high-quality customer interactions including presentations, solution positioning, and proposal development
  • Travel locally or regionally (up to approximately 50%) to support customer engagement

Measures of Success:
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Building a healthy pipeline of greenfield opportunities within the process industries
  • Demonstrating growing technical and commercial fluency in assigned solutions
  • Earning trust as a reliable, knowledgeable, and collaborative sales partner

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • 3+ years of sales experience within the process control, industrial automation, or related industrial technology industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience supporting or closing complex, solution-based sales cycles
  • Ability to proactively prospect and develop greenfield new business
  • Confidence engaging customers at multiple levels of the organization
  • Strong business acumen with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working effectively in a collaborative, team-based environment
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools; Salesforce experience preferred

Compensation: This position offers a base salary range of $80,000 to $110,000 based on experience and qualifications. The role is also eligible for a variable compensation plan.

The posted salary range represents a good faith estimate of the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and business needs.
