What You'll Do:- New Business Prospecting: Proactively identify and engage SMB prospects through cold calling, social selling, email outreach, and networking.
- Pipeline Growth: Build and manage a healthy pipeline aligned to Mimecast's growth goals.
- Solution Demonstrations: Deliver compelling product demos highlighting Mimecast's value for SMB customers.
- Relationship Building: Establish trust with decision-makers by understanding pain points and business needs.
- Quota Delivery: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales engineering, and customer success for seamless prospect-to-onboarding experiences.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate activity, lead, and opportunity data in Salesforce.
- Market Awareness: Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and Mimecast's evolving product suite.

The US OTE range for this position is $112,000-$168,000 + benefits. This reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire on-target earnings for this position. This position may also be eligible for other related benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. These factors and individual capabilities will also determine the individual pay offered.
