Account Executive

Location: Nashville, TN - Orlando, FL - Lititz, PA - Baltimore, MD - Las Vegas, NV |

Full Time | Pay Range: $72,777-$87,683 per year + commission (Based on experience and qualifications)

As an Account Executive with Systems Innovation by LMG, you'll help organizations bring that story to life through technology, connecting brands and audiences through thoughtfully designed audiovisual, lighting, and control systems.

This role combines technical expertise, client partnership, and solution selling. You'll work with customers from concept through installation, helping turn ideas into permanent experiential environments that make a lasting impact.

What You'll Do:

Build and grow client relationships:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with current and past customers.
  • Respond to inquiries and leads with a focus on creating long-term customer partnerships.
  • Follow up after project completion to ensure satisfaction and uncover future opportunities.


Develop the right technical solution:

  • Work with customers and technical teams to define system requirements, project scope, budgets, and installation needs.
  • Review specifications, plans, drawings, and project documentation to align recommendations with customer goals.
  • Research products and system options to deliver effective and practical solutions.


Create proposals that move projects forward:

  • Prepare customer quotes, proposals, and service contracts.
  • Develop accurate cost estimates covering equipment, materials, freight, labor, engineering, installation support, and travel expenses.
  • Present solutions and demonstrate equipment capabilities in a way that helps customers make informed decisions.


Coordinate successful project execution:

  • Partner internally to secure quote approvals and support project scheduling.
  • Coordinate purchasing, equipment availability, and installation logistics to help projects stay on track.
  • Ensure key project elements are aligned before work begins.


Support installation and customer success:

  • Visit project sites to confirm contractual expectations are being met.
  • Address issues, resolve concerns, and maintain a strong customer experience throughout implementation.
  • Participate in site visits, bid meetings, proposal presentations, and project discussions as needed.


Stay ahead of evolving technology:

  • Maintain current knowledge of audiovisual and control technologies, product capabilities, and installation requirements.
  • Continue developing expertise to better serve customers and support innovative solutions.


What You Bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience designing and engineering audiovisual, lighting, and control systems.
  • Experience with technology sales and installation procedures.
  • Knowledge of project and business management practices.
  • Strong client relationship skills.
  • Effective negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Project management and organizational skills.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
  • Membership in or certification from AV industry programs is preferred.
