Full Job Description
All Native Group is seeking an Account Executive to be responsible for identifying, qualifying, pursuing, and winning new business opportunities that support the growth objectives of the company. This position serves as a strategic growth leader focused on the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community, developing customer relationships, shaping opportunities, and partnering with operational and technical leaders to expand the company's footprint across the defense and national security mission areas.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of business development success within the federal government contracting industry, including opportunity identification, customer engagement, strategic positioning, teaming, and capture support. This individual will maintain a thorough understanding of customer priorities, acquisition strategies, and competitive landscapes while developing and executing growth plans aligned with corporate objectives. The position requires strong communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to collaborate across business development, operations, proposal, and delivery teams to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

Hybrid in-office / remote work schedule.
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Evening and weekend work required as business needs dictate

Travel up to 20% (domestic locations, including overnight travel)

Required Experience

Essential Functions

Develop and execute a strategic growth plan focused on DoD/DoW organizations.
Identify, qualify, and prioritize new business opportunities aligned with company capabilities and growth objectives.
Establish, maintain, and expand relationships with government decision-makers, program offices, acquisition organizations, and industry partners.
Drive opportunity pipeline development from early identification through contract award.
Monitor customer budgets, acquisition forecasts, procurement activities, and mission priorities to identify growth opportunities.
Lead opportunity shaping activities and influence acquisition strategies where appropriate.
Facilitate go/no-go decisions and provide strategic recommendations regarding opportunity pursuit.
Support and lead capture activities, including competitive assessments, win strategy development, teaming strategies, and price-to-win considerations.
Coordinate with proposal teams to develop compelling, compliant, and winning proposals.
Collaborate with operational and technical leaders to align customer needs with company solutions and capabilities.
Develop and manage strategic partnerships, teaming agreements, and joint venture opportunities.
Maintain accurate pipeline information, opportunity statuses, and revenue forecasts within company systems.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, customer meetings, and networking engagements.
Meet or exceed established growth, pipeline, and contract award objectives.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, customer engagement requirements, and ethical business practices.

Competencies

Strong understanding of the federal acquisition process, including FAR-based procurements, commercial acquisition approaches, IDIQ contracts, GWACs, and task order competitions.

Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across multiple functional areas and leadership levels.
Experience using CRM and opportunity management tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Required Skills

Experience

8+ years of experience in business development, account management, or sales in the U.S. Government or Government Contracting sector.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, International Relations, Marketing, or related field.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

Master's degree in business administration or related field.
Experience with the U.S. Space Force and Team Orlando Program and Contracting Offices (CPE ST3, ACC-ORL, NAWCTSD, PM TRASYS, AFAMS, etc.).
Participation in industry associations and defense-focused professional organizations.
Knowledge of Shipley processes.
Familiarity with 8(a) Tribal entities in federal contracting

Physical Demands
