The Account Executive is responsible for driving total business development within a specific market by strategically executing brand programs across all accounts and platforms. This role focuses on achieving and exceeding sales plans and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) benchmarks by account, developing Dior Brand Advocates, and upholding the Dior brand image at store level. Key focuses are accelerating retail sales and elevating the client experience requiring a regular presence in store.
BUSINESS STRATEGY - Sales Goal Achievement: Develop and execute a territory-specific plan to achieve and exceed sales goals, aligning with brand strategy and focusing on revenue, market leadership, and penetration.
- Market Analysis: Partner with the Regional Sales Director to prioritize decisions based on market, trends and competitive landscape. Implement strategies to maximize business opportunities.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance desireability, uphold brand image standards, ICON product focus, and company ambitions.
- Omni-Channel Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of retailer CRM programs and Dior.com programming to optimize the omni-channel client experience.
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT - Leadership & Motivation: Lead, coach, and motivate internal and external Brand Advocates to promote Dior values and achieve objectives while fostering creativity and innovation
- Skill Enhancement: Enhance the skills and capabilities of counter managers and brand teams, focusing on individual and collective productivity goals. Using the brand tracking tools or co-owned programs by account.
- Talent Acquisition: Recruit, hire, and develop talent, emphasizing retention of high-performing teams and creating succession plans
- Training & Processes: Ensure the consistent roll-out and execution of tools and processes provided by Dior, including new hire orientation and training initiative follow up.
CLIENT EXPERIENCE - CRM Excellence: Drive, manage, and support all retailer CRM programs and Dior retail digital tools to maximize client experience and engagement.
- Experience Analysis: Analyze and improve client experience, developing action plans in partnership with retail and education teams.
- Product Training: Support the Education manager with additional presence in store for product knowledge during key events [Pop up morning preps with Sephora for example].
- Clientele Development: Identify clientele opportunities and develop targeted plans with managers and retail partners, consistently coaching towards clear targets.
- Service & Product Knowledge: Ensure Beauty Consultants, Selling Specialists and Brand Ambassadors are trained on how to deliver exceptional services and product recommendations to clients
OPERATIONS - Operational Excellence: Guarantee operational compliance and excellence in execution, adhering to PCD guidelines at all points of sale. Manage third-party freelance schedule to deliver business results while adhering to the budget.
- Communication: Ensure efficient communication with HQ and planning teams, meeting all deadlines for administrative and reporting tasks.
- New Store Support: Lead and support new location openings and related processes.
RETAILERS & PARTNERSHIPS - Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with retailers and location management (each door's management), collaborating on data sharing, competitive analysis, team management, goal alignment, and event preparation.
- Negotiation: Identify opportunities and partner with management to negotiate with retailers and stakeholders.
- Partnership Development: Develop partnerships with retailers, community networks, mall management, and other sources within the LVMH community.
- 5+ years sales management and people leadership experience in a retail environment. Luxury and/or cosmetics experience is preferable.

- Communicate effectively, both verbal and written, and demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Employ strategic and analytical thinking to drive business success.
- Exhibit strong management and leadership abilities to develop, lead and inspire teams effectively.

- Educate both store teams and freelance team effectively on a consistent basis including Product Knowledge, artistry, wardrobing, story-telling & services
- Work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with efficiency.
- Demonstrate strong aptitude for using digital tools to optimize business processes and customer experience as well. as basic business applications such as outlook, PowerBi, Teams, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal, and French for French speaking markets, other languages a plus.
- Display exceptional negotiation skills while building strong business relationships.
- Must display excellent organizational skills, calendar management, and the ability to prioritize while multitasking.
- Resilience and agility are required.
- French speaking/writing required.
Position requirements - Regular in-store presence is required to develop and coach retailer/freelance staff, uphold brand image and operational standards, and foster an elevated client experience.
- Ability to work weekends as needed.
- Based on Market and business needs, travel including overnight are required.
- Travel requirement of approx. 80%, must be Montreal based.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Fully operational and safe vehicle with proper and current registration a must
