The Role

As an Account Executive I - Gaidge, you will own sales opportunities from initial conversation through close, supporting both new-logo acquisition and growth within existing customer accounts. You'll meet with prospective and current customers, understand their business needs, demonstrate the value of Gaidge, build and manage a healthy pipeline, and maintain consistent follow-through to move opportunities forward.

This role combines consultative selling with account relationship management and is ideal for someone who understands the orthodontic industry, can build credibility with practice leaders, and is motivated by helping customers improve the performance of their businesses.

What You'll Do

Here's how you'll help us bring our mission to life and show up as a Trusted Partner:
• Own the sales cycle for new and expansion business, leading opportunities from discovery and product demonstration through follow-up, negotiation, and close to drive new-logo and existing-customer revenue.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, maintaining consistent engagement, clear next steps, and disciplined follow-through so qualified opportunities continue progressing toward close.
• Develop and grow customer relationships, understanding the evolving needs of orthodontic practices and identifying appropriate upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
• Represent Gaidge at orthodontic tradeshows and industry events, building relationships with prospects and customers, generating new opportunities, and ensuring timely follow-up on event-generated leads. Travel is required as needed.
• Partner closely with internal teams to ensure customer expectations are clearly communicated and new and expanding customers experience a smooth transition from sale through onboarding.

How Success is Measured
• Consistent attainment of assigned sales quota across new-logo and expansion business.
• Strong funnel conversion performance across defined stages of the sales process, including discovery, demonstration, qualified opportunity, and close.
• Achievement of established win-rate expectations across qualified new-business and expansion opportunities.

• Orthodontic industry experience is required, with an understanding of orthodontic practice operations and the ability to communicate credibly with doctors, practice leaders, and team members.
• Demonstrated ability to lead effective discovery conversations, product demonstrations, and consultative sales discussions that connect customer needs to business value.
• Experience building and managing a sales pipeline, progressing opportunities, overcoming objections, developing customer relationships, and closing business.
• Strong written and verbal communication, relationship-building, organization, and follow-through skills, along with the ability and willingness to travel for tradeshows, conferences, and other customer-facing events as needed.
• SaaS experience is a plus, particularly in a customer-facing sales or account management environment.

The Fine Print (That Really Matters)

At PracticeTek, we determine compensation by considering market data, internal equity, and each candidate's skills and experience. For this position, we reasonably expect to pay a base salary of $70,000 annually, with commission opportunity of $40,000+ annually, for total annual on-target earnings (OTE) upwards of up to $110,000. This role is also eligible for benefits, including health, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k) with company match, and may be eligible for additional compensation such as bonuses or equity, as applicable.
