  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new business clients
  • Attend client meetings and industry events for promotion

Full Job Description
Account Executive to join our Employee Benefits team in our Phoenixville, PA office on a Hybrid work schedule.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Work within a fast-paced team environment supporting Vice President of Sales
  • Service and monitor in-force accounts and disseminate account activity
  • Evaluate existing coverage's and make recommendations as needed
  • Receive, review and forward, policies and other documents as necessary
  • Scrub and submit requests for proposals
  • Manage renewal process
  • Interact with carriers regarding submissions and escalated complaints
  • Prepare benefit and cost comparisons using quoting system and/or excel spreadsheeting
  • Process new business (on-boarding of cases)
  • Respond to service inquiries
  • Update internal reporting systems and internal databases (as necessary)
  • Go on Client meetings or Open Enrollment meetings as needed.
  • Attend Industry Events to Promote FNA
  • Create and track RFP process for Large Groups


Qualifications:
  • College degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in brokerage, consulting, or insurance company
  • Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Must have valid Life & Health license

The expected salary range for this position is $43.96/hr to $54.95/hr and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
